Paul founded Superb Digital in 2014 and has been working in digital marketing since 2000. As Managing Director, he heads up all client accounts and manages the wider delivery team, as head of digital, ensuring our clients strategies deliver measurable results and drive real revenue growth. Paul's background lies in SEO but he's had over a a decade's experience developing data-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Joe
Director

Joe joined Superb Digital in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in content marketing and systems development, having run his own content marketing business for eight years. As co-director, alongside Paul, he oversees our clients' content strategies, as well as the development of our operational processes and systems.​ Joe is also head of Superb's marketing and business development, working closely with Paul and the Business Development Manager.

Miranda
Digital Marketing Specialist

Miranda is Superb Digital's digital marketing specialist developing and optimising strategies on behalf of our clients across PPC, SEO and paid social. Miranda is involved at every level of the campaign from planning and development to their implementation tracking and ongoing monitoring. She is also involved in creative, crafting content and ensuring landing pages are conversion rate optimised.

She brings a creative yet analytical mindset to the team, helping brands grow through tailored SEO, PPC and paid social campaigns. Her focus lies in understanding each client’s audience and translating insights into strategies that drive meaningful engagement and long-term results.

Ellen is a seasoned copywriter who has an illustrious portfolio, which includes serving as a senior journalist for Marketing Week and published work in the Times’ supplement Raconteur. She crafts insightful, in-depth content that aligns with our clients' brand voices and strategic goals. Her ability to distill complex topics into engaging narratives makes her an invaluable asset to the Superb family.

Business Development Manager

Mark is Superb Digital’s Business Development Manager, bringing his extensive sales experience across both digital marketing and PropTech. With a strong understanding of the estate agency landscape, Mark's focus is on opening doors and creating new client relationships by growing Superb’s pipeline of new business. He works closely with both directors to develop our growth strategy, identifying opportunities for new and existing clients.
