The effectiveness of what we do is only ever as strong as the weakest pillar in this triumvirate, which is why we have taken the time to build a strong, experienced and professional team.
Alongside the team in our central Bristol office, we have a remote team, based across the UK and beyond.
Founder and managing director of Superb Digital, Paul has been working in the digital industry since 2000. A bonafide SEO expert, who actually consumes industry news for fun, he has crafted and run countless successful SEO campaigns for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors. Paul has three children, which is why he hasn’t really slept in over ten years.
Joe is the Content Director at Superb Digital. As well as managing our team of brilliant copywriters and overseeing all content strategy and editorial, he also looks after all our link building activity. Joe also spearheads the operational side of the business, designing, developing and improving our processes and systems in conjunction with our developer. He likes tea and techno (often at the same time).
Ellen is a seasoned copywriter who has an illustrious portfolio, which includes serving as a senior journalist for Marketing Week and published work in the Times’ supplement Raconteur. A steady pair of hands, she produces insightful, in-depth copy for some of our biggest and longest serving clients. Recently relocated from London to Bristol, we’re glad to have her in our city as well as the company.
Tallula is one of our copywriters and started working for the company in Spring 2022. Since then she has brought flourish and flair to the webpages and blogs of our clients. She studied creative writing at university in Bath before settling in Bristol to start her career. Tallula sings jazz, but never in the office. Perhaps we need to get her a piano first.
Harry is our digital marketing executive and forms the backbone of the SEO team, helping deliver and implement the strategies for our various clients. Harry has a degree in games technology and runs a popular gaming channel on YouTube. Luckily for us he pivoted to do a marketing communications masters, before joining the Superb team. Not one to be confined to a screen, he’s also a keen cook and climber.
Marlon is our PPC specialist and manages Superb Digital’s pay per click marketing campaigns. Adept and experienced in setting up and running successful Google AdWords campaigns, as well as remarketing and paid social ads campaigns, Marlon is also a pretty dab hand on the basketball court.
Stuart is Superb Digital’s web developer and is responsible for so many of the sumptuous and slick looking websites we create for our magnificent clients. Marrying gorgeous aesthetics with effortless UX and SEO, Stuart is a perfectionist who takes pride in every website he designs and builds.
