Bristol Property Centre (BPC) is an award-winning estate agent that offer a wide range of property services, including residential sales, lettings, property management, and commercial property management.
The company approached us with the goal of generating more high-intent valuations and property instructions across the Bristol area. Bristol Property Centre’s biggest challenge was getting new instructions in a highly competitive sector, competing with the likes of Boardwalk, Ocean and CJ Hole, who dominate search results in Bristol. Many of this competition have premises on the high streets across Bristol’s suburbs; BPC have only one.
The company already ranked well for searches related to “estate agents in Bristol,” but they were keen to generate leads with Google Ads in areas more aligned with getting instructions and landlord services. They wanted clients who were ready to sell their properties or rent them out, but were struggling to connect with these leads.
There were technical challenges as well. Historical tracking issues had severely limited campaign visibility and reporting accuracy, making optimisation far more difficult.
